Our tasty unsmoked gammon joints are cut from the leg of pork, before being lightly cured to add a lovely succulent flavour, ready to be cooked as you like.
Cook using a favourite family recipe (we like to cook ours in Cola or Ginger Beer), A gammon joint lasts for a good few days after cooking and they’re delicious hot or cold. Great for having in the fridge for the family to carve as and when they fancy a quick snack or a meaty feast.
