It is really important that we hear from you when things go wrong so that we can put it right for you and make sure we follow up with our suppliers.

Get in touch with our customer team and we will look into it straight away for you.

Sending in pictures is really useful, as it means that we can get a better idea of what has gone wrong and hopefully get to the bottom of the issue straight away.

In the unlikely event that we can’t resolve the issue, you can return unopened items to us, in the chilled packaging it came in. It must be received by us on or before the ‘use by date’. We do not offer a collection service for returns.

As we cut meat fresh to order, returns have limited resale value and therefore all refunds are at our discretion. Do not return any products without contacting us first.
