Our grandparents generation knew that as well as looking great, a gammon joint is a clever way to save time and money at Christmas. They’ve fallen out of favour slightly now, but we think they’re ace!
Our tasty unsmoked gammon joints are cut from the leg of hogs, before being lightly cured to add a lovely succulent flavour, ready to be cooked as you like.
Traditionally cooked on Christmas Eve, using a favourite family recipe, a gammon joint lasts for a good few days. After cooking they’re delicious hot or cold, so are great for having in the fridge for the family to carve as and when they fancy something to munch on.
