There is a strong case that says every butcher is judged by their sausage. Making sausages is often described as an art form, but we like to think it is more like magic than anything else. Taking offcuts, and then using a combination of technique, and creativity, to produce a mouth-wateringly tasty pork sausage is pretty damn close to meat magic in our opinion.
Our pork sausage is a BBQ and family favourite. Produced from meat of the belly and shoulder combined with just the right amount of special blend seasoning, this is a traditional sausage that adults and children alike will enjoy.
Seasoning Ingredients:
Salt, Wheat Flour (Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Dextrose, Preservative, E221 (Sulphite), Stabilisers (Diphosphates E450), Yeast Extract, Antioxidant E300, Spice Extracts.
