Large cubes of rump steak hand diced by our own master butchers, perfect for kebabs on the BBQ this summer.
Our diced rump tastes nothing like the automated machine diced beef you can buy. We trim by hand, which means we cut away most of the surface fat from the muscle prior to dicing. When you buy diced rump steak from Great British Meat Co you are getting rump steak that is ideal for everyday grilling, frying and BBQ'n.
Cut from the rump at the rear of the cattle and matured to be tastier and not too chewy.
