Product Info
Buy Pork Mince online from Great British Meat Co for a delicious and juicy pork mince with that flavour that you only get with British Pork. Great British Meat Co Pork Mince is made by grinding the pork shoulder, along with some pork leg of well-fattened British pigs, which makes the addition of more fat unnecessary.
Perfect as an alternative (or addition) to beef mince in a lasagne or bolognese, our pork mince is nothing like what you can buy in the supermarket, and will make you rethink.
Our pigs are fed a natural vegetarian diet including: vitamins, mineral supplements and probiotics to enhance natural immunity. Feed is routinely tested to be free of chemical residues and is a safe diet of ground corn, soybean and premix of natural vitamins and minerals in. The pigs have free access to outdoors where their diet is enhanced with foraged grasses, clover and natural countryside vegetation.
Cooking tips
Our Mince Pork can be used for meatballs, Chinese dumplings, shaped into patties and burgers, or even used to make your own sausages if you fancy giving that a go.
