Our sausage meat is the same high quality pork shoulder we use in our regular sausages. Ground with care through the mincer by an expert sausage maker, it is lightly seasoned and gives a wonderful base for a stuffing, or it is perfect for making homemade sausage rolls, for a tasty treat on Christmas Eve.
