Whole Beef Fillet
from £94.00
Product Info
Whole Beef Fillet, is a supremely tender cut of beef because it comes from the least exercised muscle of the animal. Our whole beef fillet is ‘dressed’ by our master butchers with the skin and fat removed, meaning there is virtually no waste.
Naturally tender, dressed whole fillet from prime British beef cattle is a luxury cut for a special occasion as a table centrepiece dish, or sliced into portions.
Cooking Tips
Rub some olive oil on the fillet, season with salt and pepper then fry in a large frying pan on a hot heat, turning to brown all sides of the beef.
Transfer to a roasting tin, then finish it in a hot oven 220ºC/gas mark 7 (fan 200ºC) roasting for 25 minutes for medium-rare or 20 minutes for rare, before allowing to rest for at least 15 minutes.
