Everything you need to know about our delivery processes

If I order, when will my meat arrive?

Our standard delivery is FREE on all orders over £50 and £4.95 on orders under, to almost everywhere in the UK, if you order before 9am.

If you want to we can deliver on Saturday morning for £25.

If you live in the Highlands or Islands (not mainland UK) and some parts of Scotland, unfortunately we wouldn't be able to offer next day delivery. We're working with our courier partner to cover more areas, but for now it is what it is (sorry)

We cannot deliver to the following Postcodes

AB36-38, AB55-56, BT1-94, FK17-21, HS1-9, IV1-56, IV62-63, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA1-49, PA60-78, PH19-50, ZE1-3

Who will deliver my meat?

We use DPD Couriers to deliver your meat between 6.00am and 10:00pm on the date you choose at checkout.

You can also arrange delivery to your workplace if that's more convenient, and because it's professional restaurant industry packed in chilled packaging, your meat will stay nice and fresh until you get home and pop it in the fridge or freezer.

Is delivering meat safe?

Absolutely. Your meat is securely sealed, vacuum-packed and delivered in a temperature controlled polystyrene cool-box. Your meat will be kept beneath 4°C from the time we cut it, until you receive it, so it is always fresh and in perfect condition.

What if my meat has not arrived?

Try not to worry! We'll hopefully get to you first without any problems, but if you haven't heard from us just drop us an email to or call us on 0191 4489301 and we'll sort things out for you.
