Our Master Butcher is a stickler for quality, buying choice meat and maturing it in our ageing room, through to cutting, dicing and slicing - making sure it’s as tasty as can be.
All of our meat is hand-cut to order by the GBMC butchery team at our Meaty HQ here on the borders of Northumberland and County Durham.
Fresh meat tastes better, that’s why all our meat is cut to order the day before it arrives with you. If you want it cut to a special request or you are looking for some advice, that is no problem. Unlike other online butchers, we do all the butchery ourselves in-house. This means that we can keep the meat hanging and maturing for longer, ensuring natural flavours form using traditional techniques
After it's prepared, your butcher will wrap the meat and individually vacuum pack each cut to ensure it arrives 'cut-fresh'. It will travel in food grade temperature cooled box packaging, packed with ice, that will keep everything fresh and tasty.
