Great British Meat Co pork leg joint is a quality, tender cut from the leg of British pork. Succulent and rich in flavour, this Great British pork has just enough fat to ensure moisture during cooking adds melt in the mouth flavour.

Cooking tips

Remove from the fridge at least 45 minutes before cooking to bring it to room temperature. After cooking cover in foil and allow the meat to rest for at least 15 minutes before carving.
