Pork and Leek Sausages
Our Pork and Leek sausages are made using coarse pork from the shoulder mixed with herbs, leeks and mild seasoning. These are a very versatile sausage, that we sell into lots of bistro-style cafes as they are a great alternative for an easy mid-week meal, or as something different on your next cooked breakfast.
Salt, Wheat Flour (Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Dextrose, Preservative, E221 (Sulphite), Stabilisers (Diphosphates E450), Yeast Extract, Antioxidant E300, Spice Extracts.
